We have been receiving a lot of queries regarding the Capsule Course we had advertised on Social Media recently to prepare aspiring candidates for the posts advertised by J&K Bank Financial Services Limited. Candidates have been showing amazing keenness to attend the course, some have very genuine queries and questions which we have tried to address during our conversation with them a few are listed hereunder in the form of FAQs for the benefit of all aspirants.

We are a providing training to the desirous candidates who have applied for various posts advertised by J&K Bank Financial Services Limited.
- What is your association with J&K Bank Financial Services Limited?
We are in no ways associated with J&K Bank Financial Services Limited, as such we don’t know about their internal policy matters like, when will the interviews be conducted, what is the criterion for shortlisting for interviews, will there be any kind of written examinations etc.
- Would you provide any kind of assurance of getting a call for these interviews?
No
- If we don’t get a call for the interviews, would you refund the money?
No, the call of attending or not attending the preparatory course is to be taken by the candidate, we in no way force the candidate to attend the course.
- What are the course contents and who are the trainers?
The course is designed such that it prepares the aspirants with basic knowledge of the Indian and International Financial Markets. The delivery would be classroom style with select presentations and videos for efficient delivery and better understanding of the candidates. Their will be adequate number of sessions to cover the basics of facing Interview and other aspects personality. The trainers would be from the financial services industry only.
- What is the duration of the training?
The capsule course is devised such that it will be completed in 30hrs with 2hrs of sessions everyday in two batches. (Morning 10:00 AM till 12:00 PM, Evening 2:00 PM till 4:00 PM) from Monday till Friday. We will have a batch on Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Batch) of 4 Hours duration from 11:00 AM till 3:00 PM for candidates from far off areas. This would be a cropped version of the Capsule course covering the topics in 16 hours (2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays)
- What is the fees you charge for the course?
(A discounted one from the earlier advertised)
30 Hours (2 Hours Daily) Relationship Executives : ₹ 2,500.00
30 Hours (2 Hours Daily) Processors/Dealers : ₹ 4,000.00
16 Hours Weekend Batches (Relationship Executives) : ₹ 1,500.00
20 Hours (10+10 Hours) Weekend Batches with 10 Hours
during weekends and 10 ( 2 Hours) daily for 4 other days : ₹ 2,000.00
- What is the intake capacity?
For 2 Hours batches of Relationship Executives the total intake capacity is 15 per batch and we will take just 4 dealers/processors in each batch.
For 4 Hour batches (Weekend Batches) for Relationship Executives total intake capacity is 20 and there will be only 1 batch for weekends.
- What is the process of registration?
Registration will be done on a first come first serve basis at our office in Sonwar.
Walk in the office with your passport size photograph and any identity proof. Fill up the prescribed application form deposit the requisite fee, the registration is done.
- When will the classes start?
The classes were to begin from 6th of August 2018, however due to unprecedented political and weather conditions the classes are postponed. The weekend batch will begin from 11th of August 2018 and other batches will begin immediately after Holy Eid. However, last date for getting yourself registered for the course is 13th of August 2018
- Would there be a practical training for Processors and Dealers?
Yes, there will be some live market sessions for the Processors and Dealers.
